The boys get their fellow Radio 1 DJ and Digital Soundboy girl, B.Traits, on the phone to pick her selection for Skream & Benga’s soon-to-be seminal project of A History of Bass In 100 Tracks.

The boys come armed with tons of new music from Caspa, Jakwob and Joker; one of their lucky listeners picks a live moment from the Hackney Weekend in The Rib Rattler; then the tempo get slowed down a notch for ’130 At 11:30′; and there’s plenty of the usual Garage Shout Outs.
